If your PPC has been lost or stolen, you can find your certificate details here.
You do not need a copy of your certificate to claim free prescriptions. If you can see your certificate details online, tick box ‘F’ on the back of your prescription. The pharmacy will accept this and mark it as 'evidence not seen' on the prescription.

You'll receive your digital certificate by email within 24 hours.
If you have a paper certificate, you'll receive this within 10 working days.
