If your maternity exemption certificate has been lost or stolen, you can find your certificate details here.
You do not need a copy of your certificate to claim free prescriptions. If you can see your certificate details online, tick box ‘D’ on the back of your prescription. The pharmacy will accept this and mark it as 'evidence not seen' on the prescription.
If you cannot find your certificate details online or still need a replacement certificate, contact our helpdesk.
You'll receive your replacement certificate within:
- 24 hours if you have a digital certificate
- 10 working days if you have a paper certificate
