If you reply by post, you must include a covering letter with your reference number.
If we ask for evidence such as payslips or a benefit award letter, you can send a copy. If you cannot send a copy, you must include a pre-paid envelope and we'll return these to you.
Once we receive the further information, you'll receive the outcome of the assessment within 15 working days.
