The outcome of your application is based on the information you tell us.
You'll not receive a certificate if you said you were already entitled to full help with your health costs in your application.
If you told us you're receiving a qualifying benefit, we'll send you a letter explaining you're already entitled.
This letter is not proof of your exemption.
If you're not receiving the qualifying benefit, return our letter with proof of the benefit you receive.
