Your documents will be scanned onto your pension record and posted back within 10 working days from the date they were received.
Your documents are returned:
- by Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class within the UK for original and certified copies
- by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next day for passports
Any documents which are photocopies will not be returned and will be securely destroyed.
Documents to be returned outside of the UK will be sent by international signed for mail. Only documents sent to us with a pre-paid return envelope will be given a tracking reference.
