This depends on what stage the application is at, and what the error is.

Applied with wrong course details

You can log back into {@LSF_system_link@} and correct these details yourself.

You can amend the course details at any point up until your university confirms your attendance.

Applied too early in the same academic year

You must change the course details on your current application.

This includes cases where the application has been rejected.

If applications for the correct course are not yet open, you must wait until they are open to change your course details.

Once changed these you must contact us for your application to be reactivated for processing.

You'll be contacted if we need any further information.

Correct course starts in the next academic year

You must make a new application for the correct course.

General application

Application partially completed

You submit your application in sections. Once you submit a section of the application, you cannot change it.

When you complete the next section of your application, you must upload a covering letter explaining the error made on a previous section. You can also upload any additional evidence.

This will be picked up by the assessor when processing the application. You'll be contacted if any further evidence is required.

Application completed but not yet processed

Once you submit a completed application, you will not be able to amend it.

If you've fully submitted your application, you must contact us.

Application has been processed

If you made an error on your application and this has been processed, you must submit a change of circumstances on {@LSF_system_link@}.

You must select the relevant academic year and tell us what has changed. You must upload evidence of the change while submitting it.

Assessors will make any relevant amendments to the application, or advise what evidence you need to upload.
