What type of image files can I upload as evidence?

The selected file must be:

• a JPG, BMP, PNG, TIF or PDF
• an original copy ​​​​which displays the document in full
• clear and in focus
• in colour
• unaltered by computer software
• at least 50KB and no more than 8MB
• not password protected

If the document does not meet these criteria, your application will be rejected.

If you need to upload a file or multiple files, you must:

1. Select the type of evidence you're uploading.
2. Choose the file you want to upload.
3. Select Upload another file.
4. Once you're happy all attachments have been selected and successfully uploaded, select Accept and Submit.
