You cannot upload your CV to NHS Jobs service.
When posting a job vacancy employers have the option to allow applicants to apply using an ‘online application form’ or a ‘CV application’.
If the employer has selected ‘CV application’, you can copy and paste the details from your CV into the mandatory sections.
You must complete:
- ‘Contact details’ in the ‘Add your personal details’ section
- ‘Right to work’ in the ‘Add your right to work status’ section
- ‘Your CV’ in the ‘Add your CV’ section
- ‘Unspent criminal convictions and/or cautions’ in the ‘add further information the employer needs from you’ section
- ‘Guaranteed interview scheme' and ‘Equality and diversity’ in the ‘Check your equal opportunities’ section
Before submitting you must remove any identifying information as the application is an anonymous process.
You cannot reuse a CV application as the system does not save CV information for future use.
