You must have an NHS Jobs account with a ‘Super user’ role to be able to manage applicants who are at risk of redundancy within your organisation.
Super users, recruitment administrators and recruiting managers will be able to identify these applicants once shortlisting has been completed with a status of ‘AT RISK’.
