If you have selected to shortlist applications online, you can score applications using the NHS Jobs service. You can also do this while the vacancy is still open once you start to receive applications.
Once the vacancy closes, the shortlisting lead and any shortlisting panel members will receive a notification asking them to score applicants.
You will not be able to continue the previous leads scoring if you change the shortlisting lead on a vacancy.
If an applicant has selected to be under the 'guaranteed interview' scheme, scoring isn't required for them as they're guaranteed an interview on the basis they meet the essential criteria for a role. Because of this, there score will show as '0' on the NHS Jobs service.
