If you've selected to shortlist applications online, you can score applications using the NHS Jobs service. You can also do this while the vacancy is still open once you start to receive applications.
You can leave your scoring part way through by selecting the ‘Save your progress and come back later’ button. The paused application will show an icon to highlight the scoring of that application is in progress.
Once the vacancy closes, the shortlisting lead and any shortlisting panel members will receive a notification asking them to score applicants.
You will not be able to continue the previous leads scoring if you change the shortlisting lead on a vacancy.
