You can choose to shortlist applicants for a vacancy either online or offline when you create your vacancy.

When creating a vacancy, you'll be asked to select a shortlisting lead and an optional shortlisting panel.

The shortlisting process can begin once the vacancy has closed.

You'll have the option to close the vacancy early if you wish to begin shortlisting with just the applicants you already have.

Once you've made a shortlisting decision this cannot be changed using the service.

‘Team Managers’, ‘Recruitment Administrators’, and ‘Recruiting Managers’ can view personal details once the applicant is shortlisted for an interview.
