Whoever is arranging your care package will arrange for you to collect your medication at pre-arranged locations.
If you collect any additional NHS prescriptions which are not part of your care package, you must pay unless you receive a qualifying benefit or exemption.
If you need an additional prescription as part of your aftercare, contact your care package provider directly.
