You can be considered under the 'Disability confident scheme' if you've been or will be affected by any of these conditions for more than 12 months.
Employers who have signed up to the scheme will offer interviews to applicants who meet their minimum criteria and declare their disability.
This information is also sent to the NHS Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES) for reporting purposes. All the information sent to WDES is submitted anonymously.
