You can find a listing on your employer dashboard by using the ‘Search for a listing’ function.
Listings will also be held in their related ‘stage’ of the dashboard. Which stage the listing is in will depend on where the listing is in the recruitment process.

| Published | Closing date of the vacancy |
| Shortlisting | Completion of shortlisting |
| Interviews | Starting an offer of employment |
| Ready to offer | Sending an offer of employment |
| Conditional offer | Applicant accepts an offer of employment |
| Pre-employment checks | Pre-employment checks are completed |
| Contracts | Contract is accepted |
