Applicant contact details can be downloaded by a Super user once an application is submitted.
Super users will have the link ‘Download applicant contact details’ on all job listings. When this is selected, they'll have the option to download selected individuals or all applicants.
A team manager and recruitment administrator can download an applicant’s contact details at the following stages:
- Interview complete
- Make a job offer
- Issue a contract
A recruiting manager named on a listing can also download applicant details at these stages.
