There are several tags and symbols that can appear next to an applicant’s reference ID or name.
These can depend on what stage the recruitment is in.

When visible |
At Risk |
This tag will appear if the applicant has been added to NHS Jobs by an employer as being at risk of redundancy. | First visible when scoring applicants. |
Safeguarding |
This tag will appear if the applicant has answered yes to any of the questions asking if they have convictions or cautions. |
First visible once the shortlist for interview is confirmed. |
Fitness to practice | This tag will appear if the applicant has answered yes to any of the fitness to practice questions, if you have chosen to ask them. | First visible once the shortlist for interview is confirmed. |
2 ticks symbol | This symbol will appear if the applicant has said they have a disability and wish to be considered for interview, if they meet the minimum criteria for the job under the guaranteed interview scheme. | First visible when choosing your shortlist. |
AF Symbol | This symbol will appear if the applicant has said they are a member of the Armed Forces community and would like to be considered for interview, if they meet the minimum criteria for the job. | First visible when choosing your shortlist. |
