This document shows the different labels for applicants in the NHS Jobs service.

At risk | An employer has added an applicant to their organisations NHS Jobs account as being at risk of redundancy | When scoring applicants |
Safeguarding | An applicant has answered 'yes' to having any unspent criminal convictions or cautions on their application | Once applicants have been shortlisted for interview |
Fitness to practise | An employer has added fitness to practise questions to a job listing and an applicant has selected 'yes' to any of the questions | Once applicants have been shortlisted for interview |
'Two ticks' disability symbol | An applicant has declared a disability on their application and has 'yes' to being included in the Guaranteed Interview Scheme | When selecting a shortlist after scoring applicants |
Armed forces | An applicant has declared they are part of the Armed Forces community on their application | When selecting a shortlist after scoring applicants |
