Issues logging in to your NHS Bursary account
If you are unable to login into your NHS Bursary account, check that you are using the correct email address and password.
If you are not sure of your password, use the 'forgotten your password?' option on the NHS Bursary account screen.
Uploading evidence
Uploaded image files must be a JPG, BMP, PNG, TIF or PDF and at least 50KB and no more than 5 MB.
The system will reject password protected documents, so you will need to remove the protection before uploading.
Error message when submitting a NHS Bursary application
If you are getting an error while trying to submit your NHS Bursary application, check to make sure you are not using incorrect characters when filling in the application.
If this is the case, the NHS Bursary application may allow you to get past that page but it will cause an error when you try and submit the application.
