Adding an offline applicant allows you to contact someone who has not applied for your listing and invite them to apply.
You can choose which parts of the application you want the 'offline applicant' to complete.
You can add an offline applicant at the following stages:
- Published
- Shortlisting
- Interviews
- Ready to offer
If you invite the 'offline applicant' to apply before you’ve completed scoring, but do not ask them to complete application details covering their essential and desirable skills, the application will appear blank when scored.
If you invite the 'offline applicant' to apply during interview stage, their application will be added to the reserve shortlist, even if you did not previously select one. You’ll need to select the applicant from the reserve shortlist and may need to create extra interview slots.
