Employer - How is an applicant record created in ESR?

NHS Jobs transfers the applicant to ESR when the offer is sent to the applicant and processed during the next hourly processing slot.

If an applicant is an existing employee. The ESR 'Person Record' updates with the new application and remains open in ESR.
