An applicant can add the following pre-employment details in NHS Jobs:
- references
- date of birth
- Inter Authority Transfer (IAT) consent
- National Insurance number, only needed if the applicant selects 'Yes' to IAT consent
- professional registration, only if applicable for the role
For IAT, the applicant is asked to consent to transfer their employment history. This only applies to applicants already or previously employed by the NHS. If the applicant consents to the transfer, the IAT is run after ESR receives their application.
