The NHS Jobs search will return any jobs that fully or partially match your search criteria.
By default, your results will be set to sort by 'best match'. The closest and more exact matches will show first.
Other jobs that only contain some of the words used in your search criteria, will show later in the list. This could be job title or employer name.
This will help if you’re looking for a general area of work such as 'management’, but will mean that jobs will become less relevant as the list goes on.
