Pharmacy
You must complete the recheck request form from our website to tell us of the error.
You must include the:
- item name
- strength
- presentation
- quantity
For EPS prescriptions, you must also include the:
- prescription UUID
- date and time the claim was submitted
The completed form must be returned to the Customer Payments Team by email repricingrequest@nhsbsa.nhs.uk or by post to:

GP practice
You must request a recheck of your prescriptions by contacting our Customer Payments Team.
You must include:
- your practice details
- the month the claim was sent with
- the items not dispensed
