To request by email
- Complete the ‘Request to re-set Incorrect Dental Workforce Data Collection Submissions – April 2024’ form.
- Send it tonhsbsa.dentalservices@nhsbsa.nhs.uk.
To request by phone
- Call NHS Dental Services on 0300 330 1348.
- An advisor will complete the request for you over the phone.
Your workforce data collection submission will be reset within 5 working days.
