You’ll receive a welcome email with a link to access your account. This link is valid for 24 hours.

NHS Volunteering uses multifactor authentication to keep the service secure for users.

We recommend that you download the Microsoft Authenticator app onto your mobile device before setting up your account or open the app if you already have it installed on your preferred device.

You should only start this process if you have enough time to complete in one go.

You must not close your web browser until you’ve finished setting up your account.

Your name and contact information will be pre-populated with the details provided to NHS Volunteering.

  1. Open the link in your welcome email on your laptop or PC.
  2. Create and confirm your password.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Select Sign In.
  5. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile and select Scan QR code.
  6. Use the camera on the Microsoft Authenticator app to scan the QR code on your laptop or PC.
  7. Enter the 6-digit code from the app in the Enter your code text box on NHS Volunteering.
  8. Select Verify.

Once logged in, you’ll see your recruiter dashboard. You can now create and manage adverts for your volunteering opportunities.

Further information on creating your account can be found on our website
