If you work in a university or college, or are a DSA service provider and we've made a payment to you in response to your invoice, the remittance advice slip will be sent by the post by our Finance Department.
They're unable to send the remittances by email or any other method. They're posted out after the payment has been made, so can take up to 7 working days to be received.
If you've not received this after 7 working days and need a copy, you must contact us.
