If your online application has been unsuccessful, you'll be given a reason confirming why.
If you've checked you're eligible to apply, make sure all the details entered on your application match the details held on your Universal Credit (UC) claim. All children must be named and verified on your UC claim.
You can check your details on your online UC journal.
If you do not receive UC, you cannot apply for NHS Healthy Start online. You must contact us for an application form.
You do not need to reapply if you already receive NHS Healthy Start and either:
- become pregnant
- have a new child
