We ask you for your telephone number and email address on your NHS Healthy Start application so we can contact you.
If you give a telephone number, you'll be able to receive the PIN for you prepaid card by text message.
Your Healthy Start card PIN number is sent by text message.
You'll need your telephone number linked to your account to update your claim online.
We’ll send you a payment notification by email when payments are added to your card every 4 weeks. We’ll also email you any updates about your Healthy Start claim.
