We ask you for your telephone number and email address on your NHS Healthy Start application so we can contact you.
If you give a telephone number, your Healthy Start card PIN number will be sent by text message.
Your telephone number must be linked to your NHS Healthy Start account to update your details online.
We’ll send you a payment notification by email when payments are added to your Healthy Start card every 4 weeks. We’ll also email you any updates about your NHS Healthy Start claim.
