Your payments may have stopped or changed if:
- you're no longer eligible for NHS Healthy Start
- you've not told us about the birth of your child
- you've misused your NHS Healthy Start prepaid card
- your details on your NHS Healthy Start claim no longer match your Universal Credit (UC) claim
- your UC claim has changed
- your child has turned age one
We'll check your eligibility for NHS Healthy Start for 16 weeks. If you're eligible and the details we hold match your qualifying benefit, your payments will restart.
