Your Healthy Start card will be closed when:
- your Healthy Start claim is expired for 16 weeks
- a duplicate claim has been made for the same child
Your card may also be closed if you do not use the card for 16 weeks.
Any funds on the card will be removed and returned to Healthy Start.
