Eligible organisations can claim for:

For courses which result in an accredited qualification we may pay 60% of the course cost before completion.

All courses and qualifications have a set amount towards the overall course cost. These may be changed in the future. A reasonable notice period will be given, and any changes will only affect training started or paid for after a specified date.

Ogranisations can only claim for the amount they paid for the course, up to the maximum set amount. If they pay less than the maximum set amount for the course, they can only claim the amount they paid.

Claims must be submitted within 3 months of payment or completion and may be paid out where courses are failed but completed.

If the course was failed but completed, organisations must upload evidence the course was completed. There is no defined list, so you must provide any evidence you have that the course was completed. The processing team will advise if the evidence is acceptable.

Repeat funding

Repeat courses are not eligible for further funding.

You cannot claim for:

  • travel costs
  • childcare
  • food
  • accommodation expenses
  • equipment such as laptops, mobile phones, notepads, pens
  • backfill of employees while they are in training
