Employer - How do I calculate the full time equivalent (FTE) when creating a job listing?

You must confirm the FTE for all job listings.

If full time is 37.5 hours per week, this equals 1.0 FTE.

To calculate FTE for a role with fewer hours, divide the role’s weekly hours by the full time hours, in this case 37.5.

This means, if a role is 22.5 hours per week, then use 22.5 ÷ 37.5 = 0.6 FTE

You can enter the FTE values ranging from 0.01 to 999.
