You must submit courses of treatment on one claim.
Each claim will have a Date of Acceptance and Date of Completion. This is the same as how you submit claims now.
When submitting your claims, you must:
- record all clinical activity and laboratory fees associated with the course on one FP17W form
- include any stabilisation, referrals, or additional services in the same submission
- verify patient charge calculations before submission
We’re developing a system which will allow claims to be submitted separately for New Patient Assessments and Care Package submissions. This will be available at a later date.
