Laboratory fees are for appliances that need to be made in a laboratory.
These are separate from the Care Package fee.
What you'll pay
You'll pay:
- no charge if you're exempt from paying NHS dental charges - this includes laboratory fees or Care Package fees
- up to the maximum allowable cost if you're partially exempt from paying NHS dental charges
- both the laboratory fees and Care Package fee if you're not exempt
