If you do not receive your password reset email:
- Make sure the email address used is correct.
- Check your junk and spam folders.
- Check you’re using the applicant Sign in page.
The password reset email will show as sent even if you do not have an account using the email address you’ve added.
To check if you already have an NHS Jobs account, try to create a new account using the same email address.
If an account already exists with that email address, you’ll receive an error message.
If you’re able to create a new account, you did not have an account in the NHS Jobs service using this email address. You may have previously created an account with another application system used by NHS employers.
