If you receive Universal Credit (UC), you must apply online.
You cannot apply online if you're either:
- under age 18 and do not receive any benefits
- receiving Pension Credit with the child addition included
If you cannot apply online, contact us for an application form.
If you already receive Healthy Start and become pregnant, you do not need to reapply.
