If you have moved to Universal Credit, you’ll still be eligible if your family's total take-home pay is £408 or less per month.

You must apply online to receive NHS Healthy Start payments. You can apply online once:

  • your children are added and verified to your Universal Credit claim
  • you’ve received your first Universal Credit payment
